This is your job:

  • As a Sales Manager you make a significant contribution to the realization of the company's goals. 
  • Your main task is not only to attract new customers, but also to build a trusting and sustainable customer relationship with them. Not only do you develop customer-specific sales strategies, you also actively participate in the entire process, ie Responsibility for the negotiation process and contract 
  • Control of bid-management processes 
  • Forecast planning 
  • Close cooperation with various business units



  • Demonstrable experience of software solution-selling. Most backgrounds can be considered but ITSM, ITOM, PPM tools will be of particular interest.
  • A consistent track record of sales achievement.
  • Continuously, seek to improve and build upon knowledge of market trends.
  • Act as a customer advocate, showing empathy with their challenges and issues and creating plans to address their needs.
  • Ability to examine, listen, qualify and resolve concerns or obstacles to a sale in a logical fashion, emphasising the solutions or services that will deliver maximum benefit.
  • Preferably existing network across domain on C-level.
